Dropped another 1.8 pounds for a total of -14 as of one week with only five of those days being on the restricted calories. I think most of the toxins are out of my body and feel better and stronger each day. Soups again filled me so much that I could not eat my apple after dinner. It’s funny how little fills me up now. I wonder what this will be like when I finish this phase of the diet.
